When making a donation:

If the donation is to go to research, make the check out to “NARFE Florida, Inc. NARFE/Alzheimer's Fund” and please enclose the completed Alzheimer's Donation Form..

 If the donation is to go to a specific facility, make the check out to: “NARFE Florida Federation of Chapters” and insert “Alzheimer’s Fund” on the bottom left of the check.  Your check will be deposited and recorded and a Federation check will be sent back to the Chapter made out to the designated facility.
