About the F.E.E.A. Education Scholarships & Emergency Relief
FEEA stands for Federal Employee Education Assistance fund. It also stands for
Federal Employee Emergency Assistance fund. Normally FEEA provides education
scholarship grants of $1000 to worthy applicants. Application information can be
found in every March issue of the NARFE magazine. Applicants must submit the
requested information no later than May 1.
In times of disasters the FEEA fund becomes a source of emergency assistance to
NARFE members needing help in the disaster area. An application must be made on
the NARFE short form which you can get from this web site by clicking
HERE or from NARFE Hdqrts. Do not use the long form from the FEEA
office in Bowles, CO .
If you wish to donate to the scholarship fund then your check should be made out
to the NARFE/FEEA Scholarship Fund and sent to:

If you wish to donate to the disaster relief fund you should send your check

To donate to a FEEA fund online by credit card click on the "Give Online" link at the top of the page. Then click on "...continue to the online donation page" and select "NARFE-FEEA Disaster Relief" or "NARFE-FEEA Scholarship Fund" from the "Program Area". Always be sure to mark the credit card comment box with the fact that this is a NARFE donation from chapter xxxx.
Both of these funds are worthy of our support. Be sure you specify which fund
you are donating to both on the check and on the envelope address.
